The problem
Vastgoed in Dubai helps Dutch-speaking investors buy property in Dubai. The service is personal, hands-on, and built on deep market knowledge. But the website told a different story. It was outdated, poorly structured for search, and ran on manual processes that slowed everything down. Leads came in through forms and emails that nobody could track properly. Content updates were cumbersome. And the site didn't rank for the terms their audience actually searches for.
For a business built on trust and transparency, the website was creating friction where there should have been confidence. Dutch investors considering Dubai real estate need to feel that the company behind the website is professional, knowledgeable, and organised. The old site communicated none of that.
How we tackled it
We identified three layers that needed to work together. The front end: how the site looks and feels to an investor visiting for the first time.
