The brief

The problem

BMM Supplements had a webshop that was working against them on every front. The design felt outdated and didn't inspire confidence in a market where trust is everything. The checkout process was unnecessarily complicated, costing them conversions they should have been winning. Search engines barely surfaced the site for relevant terms, which meant most potential customers never found them. And the shop only existed in one language, cutting off any chance at international growth.

In the supplements market, people buy from brands they trust. A clunky website with poor findability signals the opposite of what BMM needed to communicate.

How we tackled it

We mapped the full customer journey: how supplement buyers research, compare, and decide. This audience reads labels, checks dosages, compares ingredients, and looks for third-party validation before they add anything to their cart. The webshop needed to support that decision process, not fight it.

At the same time, BMM wanted to expand into new markets. That meant the entire platform had to support multiple languages from the ground up, not as a bolted-on translation layer.

Our approach

A complete webshop redesign built around trust. We redesigned the entire shop in Figma, then rebuilt it on WordPress with WooCommerce. Every page was designed to build confidence: clear product information, transparent ingredient lists, prominent certifications, and customer reviews placed where they matter most. The checkout was stripped down to the essentials. Fewer steps, fewer distractions, fewer reasons to abandon.

SEO strategy that drives real traffic. We rebuilt the site's SEO from scratch: keyword research based on how supplement buyers actually search, optimised product and category pages, clean technical foundations, and a content structure that positions BMM as an authority in their space. Not just metadata fixes. A full strategy designed to compound over time.

Multilingual from the core. The platform was built with multilingual support as a structural decision, not an afterthought. Product pages, category structures, checkout flows, and SEO all work natively across languages. This opens the door to new markets without rebuilding the shop every time BMM enters a new country.
