The problem
Pand manages a portfolio of rental and sales properties. Their property data lives in a dedicated property management platform, but their website was a separate world entirely. Listings had to be copied over manually, which meant the site was always slightly behind reality. Properties that were already rented still showed as available. New listings took days to appear online. And every update was another task on someone's already full plate.
For potential tenants and buyers, the experience was frustrating. For Pand, it was a credibility problem. A real estate website that shows outdated listings signals exactly the wrong thing.
How we tackled it
We looked at how both sides of the equation work. On the business side: Pand's team lives inside their property management tool. That's where they update listings, change statuses, upload photos, and manage availability. They don't want a second system. On the visitor side: people browsing properties need accurate information, fast loading pages, intuitive filtering, and a clear way to get in touch about a specific listing.
The solution wasn't a bigger CMS. It was connecting the tools Pand already uses to a website that presents the data properly.
Our approach
API integration with the property management platform. We built a custom API connection between Pand's property management system and the WordPress website. Listings, photos, pricing, availability, and status changes sync automatically. When the team updates a property in their management tool, the website reflects it without anyone touching the CMS. No double entry, no delays, no stale data.
A website designed around how people search for property. Filtering by location, type, price range, and availability. Each listing page shows what matters: clear photos, key details at a glance, and a direct contact option. No clutter. The layout is built for scanning, because that's how people browse real estate. Mobile-first, because most property searches start on a phone.
Built on WordPress for the parts that need editing. Property listings come through the API. But the rest of the site, pages like about, contact, and general content, is managed through WordPress. Pand has full control over their brand story and company information without needing development support.
The result
Pand's website is now always in sync with reality. The team works in one system and the website follows. Visitors see accurate listings the moment they go live. The manual copy-paste workflow is gone, and with it the risk of showing outdated or incorrect property information. Delivered in four weeks.
